1. Who operates Kratonova

Kratonova is an independently operated software project. It is the product and brand name used for the software and website; it does not by itself represent a claim that a separate company has been incorporated. 2. Free version and commercial use

You may use the free version of Kratonova for personal and commercial projects. Free-version exported renders are limited to a maximum resolution of 1080p (1920 × 1080). You may publish, display, distribute, and monetize those renders as part of your own projects, subject to these terms and any third-party rights in material you use.

3. Paid licenses and individual use

A paid license is for one individual user. That person may use the software on devices they personally control, but must not share the license, account, activation, or access with another person. A paid license does not grant multiple people the right to use the software. Specific paid-plan features and export limits, if any, are described at the point of purchase.

4. Your exported renders

You may use renders exported from Kratonova in personal and commercial projects, unless a specific plan says otherwise. You are responsible for ensuring that your audio, artwork, fonts, logos, and other imported materials are properly licensed for your intended use.

5. Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the software itself; remove or bypass technical restrictions, license checks, or access controls; reverse engineer or modify the software except to the extent applicable law permits; use the Service unlawfully; or use it to infringe another person's rights.

6. Updates and availability

Features may change as the software develops. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will suit every system or workflow.

7. Ownership

Kratonova and its software, branding, and website remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you permission to use the software under the license described above; they do not transfer ownership of the software to you.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kratonova is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the product evolves. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
